Professional Summary

Ted Gover, Ph.D. is Founder and CEO of Inspirafy, LLC, a communications, government affairs and educational services firm. 

Inspirafy assists clients with media relations, conferences, governmental outreach, public education campaigns and executive training seminars.

It also coordinates travelling educational and marketing exhibitions and human rights/cultural programs throughout the United States and in foreign countries.

Additionally, Inspirafy handles overseas logistics for various delegations on business overseas - - in particular, the Middle East, Asia-Pacific, Africa, Europe and the Americas.

Inspirafy works with organizations and individuals to provide strategic messaging, leadership experience and a collaborative approach to achieve desired goals and outcomes.

Part of this involves advising clients on navigating the maze of government and bureaucracy in Washington, state capitols and their counterparts abroad. Also included are the nuts and bolts involved with professional writing and editing for public relations.  

Ted brings to Inspirafy his corporate and educational experience having worked with public officials, Native American tribal governments, universities, media entities, faith-based organizations, transportation companies, restaurants and health care providers.

Over the years Ted has taught courses on American government and foreign relations at Central Texas College U.S. Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton.

He also serves as an advisor to the Simon Wiesenthal Center and its world-renowned Museum of Tolerance, helping to coordinate their programs in Washington, DC and the Asia-Pacific.

From time to time, Ted writes on issues concerning Native American tribal governments, U.S. foreign & security policy, human rights, tolerance education and other topics, occasionally presenting his research to venues overseas.  

Throughout his career, Ted has worked on behalf of a number of Native American Tribes on issues ranging from Tribal sovereignty, economic diversification, healthcare and education.
